However, if you are not satisfied with your jewelry, we will gladly provide a refund or exchange (excluding shipping costs) of unworn or defective merchandise within 30 days. Returned merchandise should include all of the original packaging (including boxes, cards, pouches, and wrapping), and be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you.
To make a return or exchange, please email email@example.com to request an RA number. In the email, please include your name, order#, the items you’d like to return or exchange, and reason for return. If you are sending back an item for exchange, $5 will be charged for return shipping.
